1:1 Coaching Session

A 45-minute session to discuss your health and fitness goals and create a personalised plan to set you up for success.

3 Group Fitness Classes Each Week

Join up to three Real Girls Sweat classes each week for four (4) weeks.

Every session is tailored for women 40+, focusing on strength, functional movement, and cardio to help you feel strong and capable in your daily life.

Myzone Heart Rate Monitor

As part of the program, you’ll receive a heart rate monitor so I can guide you to work in the right effort zones for your body.

At The Real Girls Movement, cardio isn’t about maxing out every class—it’s about balanced, research-backed programming that supports your heart health and overall fitness without overloading your body.
