Reset Retreat – Beechworth – 3rd – 5th April 2020
Join me and a small group of like-minded Real Girls, for a 2-night Reset Retreat where we will meet and connect face-to-face. Our days will be a blend of personal growth and getting outside your comfort zone – safely and in a supportive environment.
Regain control over your life with knowledge and strategies learned through workshops and presentations.
We will develop your own 3 month plan – providing you with the knowledge and inspiration to live YOUR healthiest life – and take some much-needed time out with guided walks, yoga and fitness sessions.
To top it off, nourishing meals are on the menu so there’s no need to stress about keeping healthy.
The Reset Retreat will be held at the George Kerferd Hotel in Beechworth.
2 nights accommodation is included in the package price, along with breakfast and morning tea on both days, lunch and afternoon tea on Saturday.
Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate environment.

- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- Note: No accommodation, yoga/fitness sessions or access to Sunday’s sessions included
- Arrive 8:30am for a 9am start
