In my online coaching program, Sweat – online, we have tracks specifically for people dealing with both short and long-term injuries.  However, these injuries must be isolated to a single body part.

If you have multiple injuries, major mobility issues, or other serious health conditions, it is best that you work with a qualified professional in-person to correct those issues before considering online fitness coaching.

As a 40 (something:) ) Mum, who has had her own battles with weight loss and fitness, I’ve seen many fads come and go (and come back again!), I understand how intimidating gyms can be and am tired of the ‘glossy’ facade of the fitness industry!

  • Flexible workout options Not only are there 14 exercise programs to choose from (based on your goals and fitness level), each exercise can be modified to suit your current ability, PLUS each workout has 4 options on any given day:
