Frustrated by the weight loss industry I have trained and studied far and beyond my fitness certification – I am a holistic fitness coach. #icoachwomen to shape their lives without burpees or diets.
I provide a supportive and ‘judgement free’ environment, expert guidance and coaching, and fitness programs customised to individual needs so that women can feel safe, confident and achieve THEIR fitness goals (not mine – or anyone else’s);
