Are you super busy and can’t commit to a regular fitness schedule?

Do you need accountability to ensure you get IT DONE?

Would you love a 1:1 personal trainer but can’t quite afford it at the moment?

Then read on…

You are in the right place if:

  • You want to improve your fitness, but due to family or work commitments, can’t commit to a gym or fitness classes
  • You travel a lot for work or pleasure
  • You need accountability to stay on track with your fitness goals
  • You need guidance in both what exercises to do, and how to do them correctly to achieve your goals
  • You like to exercise in the privacy of your own home, but are not sure where to start to complete your goals
  • You have access to a gym, but are not sure where to start
  • You’d love 1:1 Personal Training, but just can’t afford it right now.

If any of these scenarios applies to you, then you are in the right place!  Online fitness coaching is a great way to achieve YOUR SPECIFIC fitness goals, in your own time at a fraction of the cost of personal training.

In my online coaching program, Sweat – online, we have tracks specifically for people dealing with both short and long-term injuries.  However, these injuries must be isolated to a single body part.

If you have multiple injuries, major mobility issues, or other serious health conditions, it is best that you work with a qualified professional in-person to correct those issues before considering online fitness coaching.

As a 40 (something:) ) Mum, who has had her own battles with weight loss and fitness, I’ve seen many fads come and go (and come back again!), I understand how intimidating gyms can be and am tired of the ‘glossy’ facade of the fitness industry!

Frustrated by the weight loss industry I have trained and studied far and beyond my fitness certification – I am a holistic fitness coach. #icoachwomen to shape their lives without burpees or diets.

I provide a supportive and ‘judgement free’ environment, expert guidance and coaching, and fitness programs customised to individual needs so that women can feel safe, confident and achieve THEIR fitness goals (not mine – or anyone else’s);

and – I can honestly say that I am fitter, stronger and healthier now in my 40’s than I was in my 20’s & 30’s.

To date, I’ve worked with many clients just like you and have shown them how it is possible to retrain our bodies and minds.

Sweat online is a 12 month online fitness coaching program that guides you through a three phase training program designed to meet your fitness goals.

If this sounds like something that could work for you, and help you achieve your fitness goals, AWESOME!

Here’s what real girls have to say…

Synced my step tracker last night – the past few days I’ve reached 10000 steps without trying or realising. And packing to go away, tried on a dress that I’d taken to a wedding last year and couldn’t get zipped up – it zips up again!

It feels like progress without much real effort!

Nourish & Sweat

My biggest fear before starting with Real Girls was I didn’t think I would
be able to commit on a regular basis, my family life seemed so full
already. But I was putting on more and more weight, I had gone up a couple
of dress sizes and didn’t have the energy or the knowledge to find which
diet or exercise program was the best at the time. Thankfully Jo had all
the answers for me, and Sweat online (+ Nourish) has fit seamlessly into my life.

In nine months, I have lost two clothing sizes, I sometimes look in the
mirror and am surprised at how much smaller and stronger my body is!
