Introducing

Real Girls Sweat Logo

Real Girls Sweat are 40+ ‘girls only’ group fitness classes that are fun, supportive and usually a little SWEATY!

All Real Girls Sweat classes are capped at a maximum of 12 participants so that I can meet your individual needs and provide personalised service – so that no one gets ‘left behind’.

Each workout is different. We focus on functional fitness including strength, flexibility & low impact cardio.

what happens next?

Once you complete the registration process, you will gain access to book any classes you would like to try over the next seven days. Please note, we won’t ask for any financial details during the registration process.

If you love our sessions and community as much as I think you will, you’re welcome to join our Real Girls Sweat membership after the free trial.

As a member of Real Girls Sweat, you will get access to a comprehensive on-demand workout library delivered using the Real Girls Sweat app. You will also receive weekly recipes, healthy habit challenges, access to workshops, seminars, social events, and a tonne of support and accountability. Plus, you will have the opportunity to participate in regular local ‘adventures’. 

Our workouts and exercises can be scaled to suit individual needs, such as fitness level or injury.

But most importantly, you will be joining a community of amazing women who support and encourage each other every step of the way.
