Would you sit on this chair to live longer?

A study published last year discovered that office workers who spend more than four hours a day sitting down are at greater risk of chronic illnesses, including cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

The same study found that workers that sit for at least six hours were significantly more likely to have diabetes, and those who sit for 8 hours or more per day had the highest risk, even if they are physically active outside of work.

This chair is a French designer’s solution to encourage workers to engage their core and move more. Would you sit in it if it reduced your risk of such diseases?
