Sleepy Time Cherry Smoothie

60ml of pure tart cherry juice, unsweetened (try Bickfords - available at Woolworths)

1 cup of coconut milk or almond milk

½ banana (frozen adds a bit more texture)

2-3 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Sip and enjoy a better night’s sleep!

Tip: to increase the protein in this shake you could add 1/2 - 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder - and to boost your greens and fibre you can add a handful of spinach leaves.
