Trying new things, or rediscovering activities we onced loved can feel challenging as we get older. We worry whether we can still do the things we used to do, or are fit and strong enough to try new things.
That’s why I created Hike Fit!

I want women to feel empowered to be who they want to be, how they want to be – without limits- to feel unstoppable – to feel like they can take on the world regardless of their age.
Hike Fit is about empowering women to discover the spectacular alpine and expedition trails surrounding Albury / Wodonga whilst building confidence, fitness and participation in hiking on our local trails, with my full support.
What is Hike Fit?
Hike Fit is a comprehensive membership that provides a structured strength and fitness program as well as guided hiking opportunities that will connect you with a wonderful community of like minded women.
Providing you with the skills you need to be physically active and tackle your next hiking adventure.
As a Hike Fit member you will have exclusive access to our full day hikes on some of Australia’s most significant trails throughout the year.
Hike Fit will include:
Hiking specific, strength, mobility & endurance training plan delivered via the Real Girls Sweat app
1 group fitness session each week*
regular exclusive local guided training hikes exploring Albury/Wodonga and surrounds (timetable updated each month)
weekly scheduled self guided training hikes for you to complete at a time that suits you + join other Hike Fit members and explore together.

2025 Adventures
Chasing Spring - 2nd August - 16 October
This 12-week program provides a structured strength and fitness program as well as guided hiking opportunities that will connect you with a wonderful community of like-minded women.
The intake includes six exclusive guided training hikes exploring Albury/Wodonga and surrounding areas.
Hike Fit is designed to provide you with the physical fitness and skills you need to tackle your next hiking adventure.
After completing the 12-week program, you will have exclusive access to our next full-day hike. This hike will explore sections of the Murramarang South Coast Walk starting, located on the NSW South Coast.
Dates: 2 August – 16 October
Cost: $762 non-members ($540 Real Girls Sweat members)*
Guided Hike Dates: 2/8 – 9/8 – 23/8 – ^?/9 – 13/9 – 11/10

Chasing Spring - South Coast Adventure - October 2025
Date: TBC

Hike: Murramarang South Coast Adventure
This weekend of hiking will explore sections of the Murramarang South Coast Walk in Murramarang National Park. These trails weave along a stunning coastline and explore beautiful tall forests, secluded beaches, dramatic rock platforms, and crystal-clear blue water.
If we are lucky and Mother Nature is kind to us, we may even spot some whales on our hikes and round out the weekend with a paddleboard or swim 🐋
If you want to improve your hiking fitness but cannot join us for the final full-day hike – you are still welcome to join this program and enjoy the benefit of gaining the skills and fitness needed to tackle your next hiking adventure while connecting with a fantastic community of women.
Full-day weekend hike costs are not included in the Hike Fit program price.
