As a 40 (something:) ) Mum, who has had her own battles with weight loss and fitness, I’ve seen many fads come and go (and come back again!), I understand how intimidating gyms can be and am tired of the ‘glossy’ facade of the fitness industry! I am here to provide you with ‘girls only’ group fitness and personal training programs that are fun, supportive and a little SWEATY!
All of my classes and PT programs can be personalised to your needs, whether you have an injury or limitation, are returning to exercise after a break or pregnancy, or have a specific fitness goal.
Real Girls Sweat offers ‘girls only’ group fitness and personal training sessions that are fun, supportive and a little SWEATY! We offer a supportive and ‘judgement free’ environment and we’re not like ‘traditional gyms’.
