Midlife Coach & Founder of The Real Girls Movement

After more than a decade coaching women through every stage of life, I’ve learned what truly works — and it’s not about diets, quick fixes, or pushing harder.
It’s about clarity, consistency, and support that fit your season of life.

Like many women, I once found myself exhausted, out of balance, and unsure where to start.

Between family, work, and everything else, I’d lost touch with my own health — until I realised that midlife didn’t have to be a slow decline.

It could be a powerful new beginning.

That realisation inspired me to create The Real Girls Movement — a space where women 40+ can move, grow, and reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel good, realistic, and sustainable.

Today, I coach women through:

  • In-studio programs at our Wodonga studio

  • Adventure experiences like Hike Fit across Albury/Wodonga

  • Online coaching supporting women right across Australia

And I’d love to help you find your spark again too.
