Recipe (Dressing to go with your salad): Orange ‘Seed’ Dressing

Makes about ¾ cup

½ cup hemp seeds (see note below)

½ cup orange juice

1 clove of garlic, peeled

dash salt and/or pepper

Blend all ingredients together until creamy.

Serve on top of your favourite salad and Enjoy!

Tip: Store extra in airtight container in the fridge.  Will keep for about a week.

Note: Hemp seeds are available for purchase in Australia from health food stores HOWEVER in Australia they are prohibited for human consumption.  In Australia hemp seeds are only ‘legally allowed’ to be used for external uses, such as skin care etc.  It is up to you how you use Hemp Seeds, however if you are looking for an alternative for this recipe you can swap the hemp seeds for chia or linseeds although you may want to blitz them a little first.
