Hi, I’m Joanne Parker, a nutrition and fitness coach, for women, who are sick of being sold quick fix fads, are tired of broccoli & steamed chicken diets and hate doing burpees.

My clients often reach out to me because they’re fed up by their lack of progress and completely overwhelmed & frustrated by a ‘health and fitness’ industry selling them quick fixes modelled by ‘20 somethings’ in lycra and crop tops – who just don’t understand what it’s like to be a busy woman dealing with the constant demands of kids, household, family & work pressures.
